Handling of queue filesize on NonStop and *nix-es systems differ.

The file extent to be allocated needs to be configured on a per queue basis.

We have a requirement to grow the physical queue file on HP NonStop so that the queue can take in larger amounts of messages

This would be the procedure to alter the physical queue file attributes ...
