We discovered all we needed to do was use code assist and all the required values were beautifully available and just needed to use those. |

thanks roger. I just tested that - it doesn't maintain the persistent or priority when pasted. It does keep the mqformat. Can the persistent and priority get fixed? |

Thanks - I understand what you are saying but you lose the integrity of the original message by doing that.
If you think about it - you edit the message on the backout queue, that messages jumps ... |

True - we may have to do that for now. But it would be a great change in the future to give the option to strip the rfh2 header and also if in the DLQ, strip that header on export etc.

I notice that you can't export a message with an rfh2 header and reimport it without physically removing the rfh2 header when it is in the text file.
I know you can backup/restore msgs with rfh2 he ... |
