The messages on the queue are not being consumed by the application.
No connections were seen on the queue .
tried a restart of the application and also qmgr which did not work.
there are no errors ... |

Yes, it was present till the application changed the credentials on their app.
The timings of the first error in the our logs and the App credentails change time is also matching.
