Run a trace on the affected qmgr to confirm whether an MQCMIT took place or not.
Thanks. Since this is production queue, will running trace cause any issue?
How about running dspmqtrn?

| You have to create new channels etc no other way around it... In which case maybe best to follow best practice and do not add another QMGR with the same name. Either way new channels etc are needed ... |

| You need the correct permissions on the AS400 machine for authentication to the Queue Managers. Have you checked logs on AS400? |

QMgr start time is also available in DISPLAY QMSTATUS command.
Was it available in V6? I cant remember that far back  |

But config files may not be consistent with the running qmanager. Is there a way to ask this info from the running instance?
