Is it JMS application can publish a message to Non SYSTEM.BROKER.DEFAULT.STREAM queue?
If "yes", I don't understand how the message will be published?

Check the display flow q status and you can see the associated process in the IPPROC.
Or
You can use this, display qstatus(...) type(handle) all (to see the execution group not flow).
