remove SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN channels from your qmgrs and if there are any SVRCONN channels on your qmgrs add 'mcauser' as 'nobody'.

2)Was able to put messages from the WAS qmgr to the same queue using amqsput utility
Bindings mode,WAS qmgr name and queue name are specified in the queue settings.

WAS and QMGR are on the same solaris server, this QMGR and the HOST QMGR are part of the cluster.
QCF settings are configured to local bindings with the queue.JVM unable make the connection.

Verified that the listener is running under valid user.sender channel is running and not the receiver channel from host,all the attributes are correct..

Did anybody faced this scenario,
qmgr status is Starting when issued dspmq command.
No errors and error logs found and there are FDC's generated with no contents in their files.
