Hi I got the same error. It occurs many times a day. The web service is a java implementation running in WAS server.
How this issue got fixed?

when a java plugin is run in broker, a jvm is needed, but if no java plugin, does the broker still need jvm?

0 means no repeat, just one message, 1 means one message plus one repeat, this is strait forward.

A EDI X12 message was put on a MQ input node, then the message flow take the data from the EDI message and put it in a database.
