A word of warning dont load 2.1 with Neon Rules and Formatter guis and then load 2.0.2 versions (into different Dirs). They seem to cancell each other out.
Now i have 2.0.2 working to 2.0.2 config ... |

Not sure why, did the following:
Ended the Configmgr
Ended the MQ Queue Manager
Noticed on another install that the DB2 stuff as at the beginning of the Path and CLAS ... |

New to WMSI 2.1 CDS3 is variable length values controlled by either reference an interger field for length or Null terminated or End of Bitstream.

Think you are missing the point of MQSI (WMQI) somewhat here.
MQSI should be treaded as a HUB and all other systems/applications should connect to it....Thus another installation of an expens ... |
