My Problem has been solved
The problem was for a specific machine
When I changed the IP address, it worked

I tried executing VB Program amqsputb by giving Queue Manager name during MQCONN .
As per your suggestion, I relaunched VB Enviornment and now I am getting an error Reason Code - 2059 MQ_QMGR_NOT Ava ...
