It is a Unix Level Issue as i guessed...
User's UID was changed...but unix admin made changes only in local server ... |

I do not think that uninstall and reinstall is necessary here because iam able to start MQ Managers as 'mqm' id as well as using my userid(which is also a part of mqm group similar to user)

Try to bring down MQ and clear all the semaphores related to mqm.

From your error message, one of the flow could not get started due to Timeout error.
Try starting the message flows with '-w' option and set the timeout interval to 100 secs instead of default 60se ... |

Looks like your id is added to Local as well as NIS mqm group.
The security error was due to a conflict between the local userid and NIS+ userid I guess.
Please ask your unix admin to completel ... |
