My old code sets the MQPMO options using java for MQ:

pmo.options = MQC.MQPMO_FAIL_IF_QUIESCING | MQC.MQPMO_SET_IDENTITY_CONTEXT
|MQC.MQPMO_SYNCPOINT;


I am now switching the code to use JM ...
