If I use TCF Provider Version "6" then it is registering with SYSTEM.JMS.D.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE but it is not the same with PRV="7". |

Problem is:
Using TCF Provider Version "7" the durable subscription is created with SYSTEM.MANAGED.DURABLE* queue and looking for an option to register with SYSTEM.JMS.D.SUBSCRIBER.QUEUE. |

TCF definition was causing the issue.
Changed the BROKERVER(UNSPECIFIED) property then it is working.
Now I am able to publish message using non System queues.
