first remove the project from server and then delete the server profile and create new server profile.

My error has been solved.
Solution : ..\disk5\was\repository.zip was missing in the installation setup.

I got the missing information in the C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\ID\6.0\runtimes\bi_v6\lo ...

I met all the prerequistes for this software but one error I got in wps_v6_install_err.log "The system cannot find the path specified"
