A similar problem occurs in win2003

This occurs because iis v6.0 does not pick up updated PATH variable till after reboot.

Do a reboot after MQ install and PATH is correctly set.

I can confirm that for CSD08/XP/IIS/dotNET 1.1
o Register amqmdnet.dll in GAC
o Add assembly in dotNET Project
o Allow .NET user read access to MQSeries\bin directory
