Total speculation here... but there is no reason why you cannot run 32bit Eclipse on 64 windows is there?
So if you can run 32bit Eclipse (with 32bit JVM) then I would have thought that the explore ... |

a) My Java sucks so I'm not entirely certain (!)

You could use something like image shack:

And then you can use the "Img" tags to insert the image with a URL into your post.
