You should plan on reinstalling IIBExplorer after you install MQExplorer.
I'm uninstalling all of these components and reinstall. |

So you didn't install MQExplorer.
So there's no strmqcfg.

If you mean WebSphere_MQ_V7.5.0.1, I have already installed all of rpm files in this folders.
post the results of rpm -qa|grep MQ
[root@oc0034187311 bin]# rpm -qa|grep MQ
MQSeriesClient-7.5.0-1 ... |

in your unix shell, enter this, changing the path to your own MQ install, note that this starts with a period and a space, this is important.
