Just wanted to update with the solution ....
I now succeded in getting the 6.0.2.2 installed on my Vista Xp, and I have both the Queue Manager, the .NET interface and the MQ Extended Client install ... |

I get the AMQ4765 "Ensure the prerequisite 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x64)' is installed before continuing installation of the this fax pack."
