Exactly, this problem is also a corrupted file in the CD. I was able to bypass that file by copying it to my harddisk and replacing the corrupted file with a good. Installation was successful.

Shalini,
Did you look at the channel disconnect interval option in the manual.
THis option disconnects automatically, if the channel is idle with no activities.
Is that what you are looking for ? ... |
