DB2 version 8 requires the CCSID of MQ to be 37. DB2 version 8 cannot handle CCSID 500 .
So you are saying there should not be a need to flip to 37 even though DB2 V8 requests this. |

Has anyone converted from CCSID 500 to 37. There are some Hex characters which fail to be read as CCSID 37. Such as X'BE' .
What should I do, where is my thinking screwed up ?

-F"//DD:IFILE" is how to specify a file for input and the jcl must contain the DD. |

I downloaded the ma01 support pac. I can copy queues or write to sysout. but the -F function must have more specs.
