I had to open a PMR and IBM had to send a script (mqsi6_odmcleanup.sh ) to clean out Object Data Manager containing any references to mqsi60.

Here's some info about it in the event anyone hits this ...

Good suggestion. I checked the JVM and I was using an up to date version of Java 1.4.2.

I'm trying to apply an update from WMB 6.0.0.3 to 6.0.0.7.

Here's the reply for IBM in regards to if WMB 6.1 can use DB2 9.5 as the broker repository:

Currently only DB2 8.1 and 9.2 are supported and tested with WMB 6.1. You would get support for WMB 6.1 ...

Does the RAC have to run as root or is it recommended to run it as another user like mqsiuser?

I recall the install docs saying you install the RAC as root but makes no mention of running the RAC ...
