The lock being present indicates it ran but doesn't mean it still is. If no JText process is running this needs to be cleaned up.

Used it a while back (5 years). All I had to do was install MQ client on each of the nodes and setup MQ objects. The Windows bods did the rest.

Did the same thing and recall TDES_SHA was quicker than NULL_SHA. Compression is a good guess.

However in my tests, no SSL was significantly quicker. Also my queue managers were distributed.
