500kB * 128 ~ 64 MB

- log file size
- memory
- shared memory

IBM puts the mq-libs in the standard lib path(at least on Solaris).
The most binaries are using the setuid and/or setgid bit. LD_LIBRARY_PATH has no effect if this is set. Maybe it is the same on AIX ... |
