I've solved problem today..
My computer's regional settings was Turkey/Turkish. I've changed this to US/English and uninstall/install then problem has gone..

I've read many papers, re-installed many times the application but still i couldn't manage to create a new queue manager from MQ Explorer.
Is there anybody who faced this problem be ... |

Thanks for all help..
Try the two strmqcfg commands I mentioned. If that doesn't work, then use System Properties to update the PATH to include MQ install Bin directory, and CLASSPATH to include MQ ... |
