we have come to the point to start testing MQ 7 on windows 2008 cluster...
it looks like the MQ 6 instructions is exactly relevant to the MQ 7 steps - I crossed the information in the MQ 7 ... |

If a queue was created and sync as a local queue and then the queue was changed to a remote queue - it will not change on the DR site, it stays a local queue. |

there is another way to avoid the risk - build a new machine, export the MQ structure from the old one and restore it to the new one and then replace the IP... maybe more expansive but easy "upgr ... |

we have installed mq 7.0.1 on windows 2008 and it looks good - we did a very simple test with our application using the current mq libraries (version 6) and it looks good, no change n ... |
