my end command has been:
ENDMQM MQMNAME(Q_MANAGER) OPTION(*CNTRLD) ENDCCTJOB(*NO)

The main reason for this is to speed up the shut process of the AS/400. I then do a ENDMQM MQMNAME(*ALL) OPTION( ...
