I think i know that this is somehow related to odbc.ini setup. Can someone please paste a current working odbc.ini for a setup similar to this.

We use a script

script file contains:
STOP CHL(CHL1)
STOP CHL(CHL2)
STOP CHL(...CHLn)
and we run it runmqsc QMGR < script > stoplog

The MS03 scripts pipe the output to /dev/null which is where it has its EOF.

Yes. A reboot is mandatory if you change the kernel params.

You didnt mention if there are any QMs running still. anyways stop all QMs (endmqm) and any listeners.

ps -ef|grep mq and kill any mq processes.

Did you apply the latest Fixpaks ?

FMC00013E almost always is related to persmissions.

check /etc/group and make sure fmc is a member ...

Backed out of CSD06 , rebooted. mqm commands started working again. reapplied CSD06. (had the whole mqm folder backed up before). everything is normal.

How many queue managers do you have in your solaris system? Some of the kernel parameters is dependent on the number of queue managers on the system, so you might want to check that. The QB would ment ...
