You think? It runs for 2 years without issues, WMQ doesn't change but the OS does and suddenly it stops working?
I suppose I had that coming.... 
The service is running as mqadmin (local user) ... |

Well, I've tried using the Client version, but now I get a different error:
C:\>saveqmgrc -v 53 -m MQ_BACKUP -r MQ_C3_01 -f MQ_C3_01.txt
