Just out of interest, what are you trying to do that cannot be done in RF that WMBv6 cannot handle.
I only ask because most places using RF are trying to deprecate it - extra cost, ... |

I haven't do it the way you have described, try the commands in eclipse folder:
mqsimigratemfmaps
mqsimigratemsgflows
mqsimigratemsgsets
There are flags to go with them.
