Some how our Engineers designed the system to have nominal restrictions on the objects. it was never meant to check the user for ID and password.

the issue is resolved now. thanks for the tip on CONNAUTH

I saw my QMGR1 was enabled with CHLAUTH and CONNAUTH was assigned with SYSTEM.DEFAULT.AUTHIN ...

I need messages to flow to all 12 queues in the cluster with equal cluster priority. But that is not happening. Only 6 queues are getting messages and the other 6 (which are new)are not.

I missed one parameter that helped me route messages to other queues in the cluster in addition to CLWLPRTY.
