I've seen the problem mentioned in threads, but have never seen a particular fix for it. If there is one out there, I would love to have it.

I solved the problem. It was a very subtle error which i overlooked.
I made performance settings to the TopicConnectionFactory and applied them for QueueConnectionFactory. Hence I got the error.
