I want to set up an ACL to grant only deploy permissions to an user to a particular Execution group. How can I do that?

Note: It should be the least I can grant , I dont want to add him to a mqsi ...

I read that Eclipse does not support NT so I guess Toolkit will not.
But the broker can run on NT.

Well, in that case you've probably got jar's missing from the jplugin directory that contain the JNDI provider.

Check the classpath for your standalone program, and make sure everything is present ...

I would suggest you get the ejb call working as a standalone client first, before implementing as a plugin.
