We have some copybook problems while migrating projects from WMB toolkit 5 to 6.
There are some copybooks which are having groups that can occur 0 to x times. depending on the value provided ...

I've found a solution:

Go to Window\preferences\Workbench\Capabilities
Make sure that Enterprise Java is checked.
Click OK.
