Why does IIB have to post from a queue into the cloud via HTTP???

If backout queue is not specified MQInput node would move messages DLQ assigned to the queuemanager.

maybe the stored procedures are doing a commit ?
Cross checked with DBA. There are no transactional statements like (COMMIT or ROLLBACK)

Also, you can look at Disconnect interval set on Server conn chl ( applicable to MQ7.1 or above) or Client Idle timeout value set in qm.ini file ( if you are running MQ7 or below)
