I have the same problem here. I already figured it was a windows problem, but somehow I can only add local users to the groups.
The machines are not part of a domain, but of a workgroup, maybe this ... |

This is normal behaviour when the receiving queuemanager can't handle the message.
Make sure your recieving queue, queuemanager and deadletterqueue are all able to hold messages of that size. Also ... |
