	So ... We do have a "site license" and the MQSeriesTXClient rpm is already installed.... It mean i do have the the Extended Transactional Client installed..... It is not the problem.. ...

	You installed the Extended Transactional Client? Is it "MQSeriesTXClient" ? when yes the answer is yes but if it is something else..... oops
