If you look at their example, the dynamic parts are in italics. So, I was hoping for a list of the parts that are not dynamic (with indications of the parts that are dynamic).

Yes. That is what was done. Going from LTS->CD works fine. You cannot go back, so back up the Qmgr first. I asked this same question.

The Platform Team has identified APAR IT20958 is at play here-

IT20958: AMQ5531 is reported during AMQP service startup if queue manager uses LDAP authentication

There is a fix to be applied.

I would think that if you want to implement MQ in the cloud, you would use the IBM Integration Pak and allow the infrastructure to manage keeping the container that hosts the Qmgr alive somewhere.
