WMB7 does not use a database. Although your message flows may need to connect to application DBs, but I don't see why they would need to failover with the QM / Broker.

No you should use the right structure.
There is a BAPIRETURN and BAPIRETURN2 structure.

I found that no errors happen if I check "Ignore errors in BAPI Return object" of the properties of the import bound with EIS(SAP).
Is this the only way to avoid this error?
