Hi

I have solved the problem, at least managed to install the software successfully.

What I did was run the antivirus software to ensure no viruses were on my PC. I then installed a ad/spy ware ...

Hi

Thanks for that. i read the instructions on that link, and found that i only had 1 of those 2 services on my pc., and it was not started. I also checked for any processes using that file perf?00 ...
