Nothing seems to be working including the vpd.properties file and am going for the System formatting and reinstallation. Will let you know the details.

How do I verify "Did you verify the plugins that it claims are missing are actually installed?"

I'll try restarting the toolkit with -clean option.

Unfortunately that is not the case and No need for apologies. I have even tried uninstalling and installing the toolkit(cleaning the file structure and registry in between).

I did moved the cursor top/bottom. Strange thing is I'm not see WBIMB directory structure in the ClassPath/Path? Will try manually adding the contents.
