If I knew of a better method to gather the statistics monitor offers I would choose to not use monitor. It is rather finicky, but I hoped to get insight from other users. |

We ended up having a java service use the WF API to figure this out and pass it back to workflow when task is closed. I record it off as a measure at that point. |

When you log into the WBI Monitor admin tool make sure all these services are started. Go to Setup Manager, Event Queue.

you are looking in the right spot. In my process we don't have a filter setup. Try setting the filter to nothing or try running instead. |
