My bad. The driver files were not refreshed in my JDBC settings. It was obvious in the error message but I missed it  |

Yes . its works ..  The problem is in Connection Url Format for PostgreSQL it is- jdbc:postgresql://

I realized I'm using the embedded listener; setup the trust & keystore details at EG level HTTPSconnector and it worked....

My bad. ODBC InstallDir mandatory information was missing in the odbc.ini (this is the first time we're using this machine). Updating the InstallDir value solved the problem.
