CEP node functionality has been moved into WebSphere Business Events product. You can make it work with your flow, I suppose, but you need to buy a license.

Which was a category 1 supportPac, and I doubt you can get it any more.

How can I search for category supportPac.

Is there any other way to make a Complex Event Project or Is there any other ...

I think your message broker version doesn't support commands you are trying to use . You may check out this link to decide .
