I'm assuming that you need to know what flow/route was taken? if so why not put a JCN or ESQL in the flow to set a name/context.

I suspect it's a conflict in terms of DLLs between the MQ installation and an older application which could be wrongly replacing the DLLs in the system32 directory but...
