Losing messages is very rare. As i posted in antoher reply, the only time it's happened for this queue was when one of the queue configurations was defined incorrectly

May I know how are you receiving messages on your "front porch" queue? Is there just one sender qmgr which is sending messages, or there are number of intermediate qmgrs?
