We've got an OTMA setup so that we can invoke IMS transaction and receive message through MQ and IMS Bridge.
Everything is fine until the LL field, which specifies the total length of data to be sent to IMS, is set above 9999.
Could this be a limitation in IMS's message queue?
Any toughts?
Thanx,

I have been working with the OTMA bridge and MQ. There is a 32k buffer limit in IMS. I have heard that the OTMA bridge should break up messages larger then that into 32k buffers going into and out of IMS.
I am still looking into it but will try to update you if I find anything. |

How have you defined the LL field. If memory serves me correct, it is a 4 byte filed, but it is a binary integer, so it will support numbers greater than 9999.
