I have two configurations FMC1 with FMCSYS1,FMCGRP1 and FMC with FMCSYS,FMCGRP. I am getting an error while running fmczchk saying that

Can you please let me know which one I need to specify as default queue manager. Is it going to be FMCQM or FMCQM!? What is the significance onf this parameter on mqs.ini file.

From what I know, you need not worry about the Error. It is ok if you donot specify a default QM. If you want to specify one, you can specify either one of your QMs.

Which configuration is giving you this error?
When you run fmcibie, if you do not indicate -y<cfg> it would use the default configuration, which most probably is FMC.
There is only one Queue Manager per configuration (assuming you are not using clustering between the two MQWF sysgroups)
