When setting up a three-tier configuration I receive the following message:

FMC33703E The selected DB2 database is not a valid Websphere MQ Workflow Runtime database

Question: What makes a database a valid Runtime database?

I created the database on a AIX box and the Workflow Server is on a NT box.

Thanks for any help

Are you sure you can have DB2 on AIX and Workflow server on NT? I remember to have read somewhere that both have to be on the same platform.

Finally, I found where I read it. You cant have DB2 and Workflow Server on different Operating systems.

It might be checking minimum number of tables and name of tables etc...
Its someting IBM's internal check but not difficult to do if you know what database and tables you have created
