On AIX I do not have the program /var/fmc/cfgs/FMC/bin/fmczpmst
This is the program mentioned in the MQ process FMC.FMCGRP.FMCSYS.PROC.PES
what is this program for and any idea why it is not on my AIX system?

I think so too. It is not needed for platforms other than OS/390 (the name itself suggests that).
I don't have it on any of my Unix platforms. I have three others (one for execution server, one for scheduling and the other for cleanup server). I have seen these programs being called duing the Workflow server startup (in the output for the trigger monitor run on FMCTRIGGER ).
