Hi,
I am working with a broker on z/OS, and I'm trying to use a Trace node in my message flow. I would like the trace to be written to a file on the z/OS system--can someone help me understand how to specify the path and file to be written to? I tried specifying a fully qualified OMVS path and filename (e.g. /appdev/mqapps/wmqi/retail/Retail.trace), but nothing was written to this file. I made sure that the directory structure does exist.

Okay, just in case anyone else has this same problem, here's what happened:
Nothing was being written to the trace files that I specified because there was not sufficient permissions on the directory that had to be written to. I did a "chmod 777 dirname", and the trace files were created and written to!
