Hi,

I sent a lot of messages from MQSI to SAP and some of them didn't arrive. I've found these messages in the SAP error queue and this message in the Link for R/3 log file for every of them:

Code:
05/09/03  18:33:56 SMQ4197: The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplic                             

EXPLANATION: The above text details an error that occurred in a SAP R3 Rfc function.
ACTION: None.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
05/09/03  18:33:56 SMQ4187: The attempt to put the message into SAP failed.

EXPLANATION: The call to RfcIndirectCall for INBOUND_IDOC_PROCESS failed.
ACTION: For more information re-run the server with trace and RFC trace enabled.

05/09/03  18:33:56 SMQ4191: A message was put to the bad message queue. Bad message type 1, reason 4115.

EXPLANATION: The message was not in a valid IDoc format.  The bad message type is 1 and the bad message reason is 4115.
ACTION: Check the bad message reason code in the bad message header of the message. Attempt to correct the error and send the message again.

Your answer might be found in the 4197 error code. The SAP update appears to have failed. Check your INBOUND_IDOC_PROCESS to see how it processes duplicate rows. Since you say other IDOC's arrived I doubt it is a problem with the IDOC header (but it may be).
